The past four months have been pretty intense,
and before I knew it, I had taken about a month and a half off from the gym.

I was a bit worried that I might gain weight during that time,
so I tried to stay mindful.
But since I was moving around a lot in my daily life,
I actually ended up losing about 6 kg over three months.

When I finally checked my stats,
there were small variations, of course,
but everything — weight, body fat, muscle mass —
was within a healthy range.

Since it’s been a while,
I’m not going to push too hard right away.
For now, I’ll ease back into it —
keeping things at a level that feels just slightly “not enough.”

That said, I’ve already restarted running at my usual pace:
about 9 km/h for 30 minutes, with intervals.

At the end of the day,
what matters most is consistency.

No pressure, no overthinking — just keep going.

The coming months are going to be just as busy,
so I’ll make sure to take care of my health along the way.
